GoGo board 1.2 and 1.3

I left three 1.2 GoGo boards in Iowa and I sent three 1.3 GoGo boards to Michael. So, there will be a mix of 1.2 and 1.3 boards during the workshop.

Sensor Ports

The two versions are almost identical. The only thing significant is the sensor ports.  In 1.2 you use the lower two holes to connect to the sensors while in 1.3 you use the upper two holes.

Connectors

I made connectors that allows you to use Lego sensors with the GoGo board (well .. actually the Light sensor and the rotation sensor will not work). If you need more, you can easily make them yourselves by soldering wires to a Lego electric plate (part number 5073) as shown in the photo below.

You can hot-glue a Lego piece to it to make it more sturdy.
