- Version 0.91 didn't properly write the boot vector. 
  This prevented the downloaded firware to start. 
  This is now fixed.

- Downloader prevents HEX files from overwriting the 
  Bootloader. This feature requires the PIC to have 
  Bootloader firmware v0.91 or higher.

- The installer of v 0.90 didn't work on most machines.
  This is due to the use of MS Scripting Support for file
  processing. Version 0.91 now uses the VB standard file 
  processing modules.

- Minor UI improvements.
